First Paradigm Shift In My Life…
Here’s something I found out when I looked back into my life…
Every time when I was getting on the right track in a job or in a business…
…I’d just someway somehow feeling sick and tired of it and quit that job or that deal.
Every time when I thought I was having a good relationship with others and I wanna bring it to next level…
I’d just screw it up somehow…
And the worst thing was, every time I thought I’m having a good fortune of money…
…soon enough, I’d just lose even MORE money in some other places.
With all these experiences repeating again and again…
…I can’t help thinking life is just a damn cycle! Lol.
I am just fortunate enough to found that I’m not the ONLY one who had the same experiences…
…but a whole lot of people are experiencing the same paradigm!
1st Step To Change Your Paradigm: Know What Construct Your Paradigm
First and foremost…
You’ve to monitor your thoughts.
You’ve to know what you’ve been thinking.
You’ve to know what kind of thoughts drive you to make decision.
You’ve to understand your thinking pattern.
The first time I tried to looking into it.
I was definitely in the slump of my life.
Being fired from my job.
Bad relationship with my family and girlfriends.
Disconnected with most of my friends.
I wondered why I am the only one unhappy.
Though, I took a leap of faith to found the answer inside of me.
I started to track my own thought.
And I found something really astonishing.
And, by noticing this astonishing fact(I’ll tell you later).
I started to use a few specific processes(Will tell you later too) to alter my thoughts.
Of course, there are changes. Some showed up fast, some slow.
But more importantly, it really surprised me.
When I changed my own thoughts, the environment literally changed.
Here’s the deal:
When you can see your own thinking pattern, you’ll see your acting pattern.
Of coz, by understanding your own pattern of thinking…
…you’ll not only see the reason why you’ve been doing something wrong again and again…
… but you can also find what you’ve been doing right.
2nd Step To Change Your Paradigm: Replace Your Negative Thoughts
Let me tell you what I DID…
I deliberately monitor my thoughts and if I discover in any moment I’m thinking any negative thoughts…
…I’d do WHATEVER I can to shift that thinking into a positive way.
For example:If I thought…
“Oh god! That prospect wasted me so much time to explain but still didn’t buy my stuff!”
I’d redirect it into…
“Yea I know that my time didn’t wasted and I was just trying to find solutions for my prospect.”
“I understand that there’s nothing “wasted’ because the energy I gave out would just come back to me. This is law of the universe.”
“Okay, now I can just relax and let go because I truly believe that the outcome will just come to me as I’m now relaxing and allowing it in.”
Just like that.
Of coz, you should make your own thought redirecting which fit your own style.
With this deliberate directing your thoughts to the way you want…
…you can definitely able to go through the process of changing your paradigm and belief system.
When I started to monitor my thinking patterns.
I found something really interesting(←The astonishing fact I mentioned earlier)
Though there were quite many topics I was thinking about.
And they all could be categorized into 2 problems:
- Anxiety on money
You might not have the same problem with me.
Just, at the end of the day, even if you have 3 hundred problems in life…
… I guarantee that you can trim them down into a few core problem.
That means you’ll have a lot less work to do~(oh yeah!)
Monitor your thoughts, found out your core problem, alter your thought.
3rd Step: Be Persistent For 30 Days
JUST 30 DAYS.
Yup, 30 sweet days can change the whole world for you;-)
Your pattern of thinking is just a habits.
And your actions are just habits and most of them are done unconsciously.
And you can literally BUILD UP a new habit…
…or REPLACE an old habit by repeating one thought again and again in 30 days.
