It was quite a helpful one!
I have a few questions though!
1. How long should each visualisation be?
2. How many times should they be done in a day?
3. Whether in first person or third person?

I’m really really having a hard time visualise in first person! I just cannot see stuff from my eyes! I usually see in my mind, me doing the stuff rather being in the moment itself! Please help!

Hi Abdullah,

Thanks for leaving comments here!

Let me answer your 1st person/3rd person question first. I would say for every new belief you try to embed into your mind, it is kinda difficult to use 1st person to visualise it at the beginning. So it’s ok to use 3rd person first to get the feeling together. When you are getting more and more familiar with the feelings, do your best to visualise it in 1st person. Feel how you feel when you really see it by your own eyes, touch it by your own hands, smell it or even taste it, like it is really happening in front of you.

So, how long should each visualisation be? As long as possible! The reason that we want to use 1st person is, you can still feel the feeling when you are having your normal day. It is like if your visualisation is to have US$100,000 in your bank account. When you walk on the street, even if you only have $10 in your pocket, you can feel you have US$100,000 all the time.

Then, How many times should it be done in a day? All The Time. Try to blend the image and the feeling in your daily life all day long.

It’s kinda like a crazy thing to do at first. But trust me, the more you do it, the more evidence will be shown up in your path. Your belief will become stronger and stronger. And till it reaches the tipping point, it manifests.

Hope this help!
