How to achieve your goals by tapping into your Subconscious Mind?

3 Ways of tapping into your subconscious mind
There are couple of ways to reprogramming the subconscious mind:
We would call the state of connecting our conscious mind and subconscious mind as the ‘Alpha state’.
Alpha state is:
- A relaxation state of mind that our brain is emitting alpha brain wave.
- Our conscious mind would lower its defense in this state.
- We can directly give commands to our subconscious mind.
It’s not difficult to get into Alpha state, because we literally get into it a few times a day:
- During our daydreaming.
- Right after we awake in the morning.
- Right before we fall asleep.
And in this article I would like to share 3 ways that work really well for me which can help you by tapping into your subconscious mind.
1. Relaxation to Alpha state
A deep relaxation of your body (but not fallen asleep) is actually a way that you can tune your brain wave to alpha state so that you can tap into your subconscious mind.
There is actually a process that you can follow, so as to gradually flow into the alpha state.

When you arrive alpha state, you can give preset affirmations to your subconscious mind.
After practicing this process a couple of times, your subconscious mind will completely accept the affirmations your gave it and starts its work.
You don’t need to check whether the work has been done or not (and you better don’t do it), because your subconscious mind will do the work in a way that our conscious mind would not understand and recognize the cause and effect.
And if we pay too much attention on it by our conscious mind, we are actually holding it back!
So, just do the process and then let go.
2. Goal Card Affirmation method
This is a method dedicated for lazy people.
Knowing that this method is absolutely simple, easy and not much effort to pay, it’s extremely effective.
Write down your goals on a 3 inches x 5 inches card with one goal in one card.
You can write not more than 20 different goals in one time.
And when you write your goals , write them as completed in present tense.
Read your goal cards when you are just awake and right before you go to sleep.
When you read them, try you best to FEEL the feeling that you really already achieved the goals.
Again, do not check the progress of when your goals will be achieved too frequently.
Your subconscious mind will do the work.
3. Audio method
This method not only gives your the way of how to achieve your goals, it can also help you to become the person you want to become.
Constantly listen to audios which were taped by the person who already achieved the goals you want to achieve, living in the lifestyle that you want to live or has the abilities you want to acquire, can literally input all these information into your subconscious mind.
And it works the best while you are driving, jogging or having a long walk.
Have you ever had an experience that you drove to a destination but you couldn’t remember how you got there?
Because you were tapping into your subconscious mind to do the driving.
Of course, other than those activities I suggested, you can also listen to these audios while you are doing some tedious work which you don’t need to use your conscious mind.
How to achieve your goals really really fast?
Use the above 3 methods I mentioned every single day.
Knowing that our subconscious mind is nurturable and all these methods are actually processes to replace our old thoughts by new ideas.
You won’t see result right after you practiced them in one time (though some people would).
But if you are willing to pay a little effort every single day persistently to practice these methods, you will be able to see result after weeks.
